We started selling our own-brand artificial Christmas trees in our family-run garden centres almost 40 years ago. With demand surging beyond the square footage of our garden centres, we soon realised it was time to expand online!

In our time, we’ve learnt what works in real UK homes and what customers love (and what they don’t!). Our entire year is dedicated to developing, testing, and selecting the very best Christmas tree designs that we know will bring joy to our customers. There are no seasonal sidelines here - just dedicated Christmas tree experts, all year round.

We design all our own artificial Christmas trees. Each one is unique to us, which means we can design them to be as realistic, bushy, snowy, budget-conscious or as luxury as possible.

We ensure all our unique designs consider every last detail, from branch shape to tip density to how it looks once decorated. In fact, our artificial Christmas trees look so real, customers often tell us how their friends and family are left completely fooled.

We're so confident in the quality of our product range, we offer a full, 10-year guarantee on all our artificial Christmas trees to be free from manufacturer defects.

Charity work  

We’ve donated to sustainability charities since 2019, with one clear aim: let’s make our artificial trees make real trees grow! And so far we have helped more than 200,000 real trees get planted in the world’s most vulnerable parts of the globe.

During our partnership with the Borneo Nature Foundation (2019-2024), Christmas Tree World purchased a seedling grown by local communities in Borneo, for every order placed for Christmas Trees on our website.  The seedlings were planted in the fire-damaged rainforest by the charity. 

Since 2024 we have increased our contributions to work with our new charity partner, TreeApp. Our ongoing donations are on a mission to help restore the Usambara Forests in Tanzania.
