We've been in business for almost 40 years and, over this time, have been consistently improving on our customer satisfaction. Super speedy delivery and top quality items are what we're best at, and we're only getting better with time! In a vast range of sizes, shapes, colours and prices, it's easy to find the best artificial Christmas tree that suits you and your home.
Designed By Us, Loved By You
Because we design our own artificial Christmas trees, each one is unique to us, which means we can design them as realistic Christmas trees. In fact, our artificial Christmas trees look so real, customers often tell us how their friends and family are left completely fooled.
A 10 Year Tree Foliage Guarantee
We're so confident in the quality of our product range, we offer a full, 10-year guarantee on all our artificial Xmas trees to be free from manufacturers defects. This means, should any part of your tree fail due to a manufacturers fault, within the first 10 years of purchase, we'll replace the faulty part free of charge. This does not include wear and tear or damage caused by incorrect storage.
We also provide a 1-year guarantee on all our electrical products, such as our Christmas lights, LED blossom trees and fibre optic trees and the lights used on pre-lit trees. For more information on our guarantees and warranty, please visit our Guarantees page.
Borneo Nature Foundation
Christmas Tree World has worked with the fantastic Borneo Nature Foundation (BNF) to help restore the rainforest and save the home of wild Bornean orangutans.
Here at Christmas Tree World, we have enjoyed a long-standing charity partnership with the BNF, all in the hopes to fight against the climate emergency. Managing Director of Christmas Tree World, Stephen Evans, said he was immediately interested by the simplicity of the scheme, "During our partnership with the BNF, Christmas Tree World will purchase a seedling grown by local communities in Borneo for every order placed with us for Christmas Trees and it will be planted in the fire-damaged rainforest by the local charity BNF".
